1. Weight
Measurement: It is a gross measurement.
Over weight may be for fat, may be for muscles.
Over weight for development of muscles is not
harmful for health. On the other excess fat turns
out to be harmful. So, weight measurement without
the development of muscles is bad for health.
Under weight is bad anyway, whatever may be the
cause fat reduction or muscle reduction.

A man or woman
may have large body frame, medium body frame or
small body frame. The lower limit is small body
frame. And upper limit is for person having larger
body frame.
