Kids are just as lazy now as they were then, technology is just something to blame. But can we go back! May be we have to invest now on "How can we adapt to the Digital Revolution"?

In 10 years kids won't be using back packs to carry books, they will have ipods. What is wrong with efficiency? Is it better to wash dishes by hand than use a dishwasher?
Seems to me everything we human creates contains negative and positive element to the society, to the human brain and behavior.
But can we stop or slowdown the phase of progress.... Of course not! That why we have create a back bone to adapt to the digital revolution to safeguard our society in a knowledgeable way for the next generation to come.
